Probably the best online course I have attended in 2021, but would always prefer to have it face-to-face. That would be my only improvement.

It was a well paced and very well delivered course

The course was so knowledgeable and is so important for everyone to know. Mel did an amazing job at teaching the course.

It was a tough subject but good to get together with other organisations to share info.

Course content was relevant to my support role. Equipment was not 100per cent but I suppose that's technology for you! Tutor was patient , allowed people to talk freely and explore the subject.

Very good! a lot of resources provided to refer to after the course and amazing tutor
