really enjoyed this training as it has given me more confidence if a person says that they are having suicidal thoughts

Despite realising how beneficial the course could be I was not particularly looking forward to it. However the day flew by. Alison was very engaging and clearly immensely experienced. I now feel able to broach the subject of suicide and have strategies and dialogue to practice so I feel more confident and be in a better position to offer support.
