It helped me understand that the steps I took recently were the correct steps and that I am very grateful for the time the trainer has taken and the company invited me to attend the training. I believe this course should be available to everyone. It has helped me know I can ask a person the question are you thinking of suicide.

Karen is extremely knowledgeable and shows great empathy towards others ,this was clear throughout the presentation .
Overall the training was very helpful and Vas is an excellent facilitator. I didn't feel embarrassed or on edge about asking questions or getting things 'wrong'.
Tutor was very knowledgeable and engaging. She dealt with a difficult topic but made sure we were all at ease and comfortable.
Given the subject the training felt light and easy to follow
