Connection was intermittent & some feedback which made it hard to hear and follow

Really good - I was worried my lack of experience in the field would be a disadvantage but it was so well presented I felt comfortable with it all.

Good first course in mental health and good introduction to helping someone with their mental health and my own .

good course, needs to be fleshed out for more severe mental health and situations where you are not with the patient.

Overall fantastic SFA lite session received this morning from Jamie and Alison briefly to do introductions. I feel my confidence in highlighting areas of concern and having the ability to ask those difficult questions has grown.
