An excellent course as a First Aid Approach

Very well structured and delivered. The breakdown of the structure of an interaction with someone contemplating suidide I thought was very useful

I shall be trying to give some input to the rest of my watch. As a whole though, I think it would be a very important training for our operational firefighters who do come across this more often face-to-face and sometimes in times of hitting that suicide point too
