Really enjoyed the video and getting to see an example of how to talk to someone who is feeling suicidal

The course was helpful and informative, watching the video gave an insight.

difficult subject so quite a heavy session so best for a half day. Good advice for participants to keep their cameras on throughout session. Gave me a few ideas of how to approach an emotional and delicate subject.
