I'm really glad I was able to do this course. I have learned things I didn't know. It's made me think more about how I would help in the future eg looking at what would help rather than looking at the good things in the person's life as I see it. So more person centred I guess.

Great training even with the subject content. Would highly recommend that all first aiders attended and potentially line managers for some of it - being aware of signs etc
