A useful session which helped me to recognise the signs of someone who may be struggling and provide structure to respond in a helpful and meaningful way.
Very informative and useful course, feel everyone should have the opportunity to have this training in a client facing role where people may be thinking about suicide. The workbook was a really useful resource to complete and keep me engaged throughout the session- if it could be send as a word document this would be helpful as the PDF is restricted by the size of the text boxes and not every part of the document was editable (for people that don't want to print)
I really enjoyed the training and being in a small group helped keep my concentration. Conversation and action around a very difficult subject was facilitated well.
Very helpful and a really good workbook to take away. I think I need to practise the communication and then will be very well equipped and confident speaking in this situation.
