I felt the course was well rounded and I found each section easily digestible and easy to follow.
I found the course useful and having completely a mental health first aid course it had given me an even better understanding of what terminology to use and how to help people in crisis / safety plan etc
Excellent! A QR code at the end would be easier to use than putting in the web address for feedback.
Great delivery, pitched at the right level and an our tutor had a deep level of knowledge.
I am glad I signed up for this workshop. It was incredibly insightful, particularly the statistics. I feel better equipped for my counselling work with young people.
A really good course delivered at a good pace with sufficient breaks. Lots of relevant experiences and examples of how to support persons in crisis. Would definitely recommend
