It's a very clear course, with a lot of useful information. I would have liked a little bit more time to write things down and make notes, there were some blanks within the workbook due to the speed of the course.

For such a heavy topic the course was delivered with care, assurance and sensitivity. It didn't feel heavy. We knew we could have the time and space to ask questions, share own experiences and it was held in a really gentle and safe manner. I have come away feeling more assured and more confident to deal with those conversations and to know that I have handled previous conversations appropriately.
