Really pleased I have attended course. It has given me more confidence and skills to react to my concerns gut feelings about people I have been around or will be around in the future in life difficulties to help prevent them from suicide.

I could not fault Cheryl my trainer at all, she was so kind, caring and nice. The course and trainer went over and above to make the course enjoyable, fun and interactive. I have learnt so much. It was absolutely amazing.!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend anyone considering this course to go for it. Going forward every new member of the wellness team will be put forward for this and the mental first aid course.

This has been one of the most useful training sessions i have been to in a long time , it will help me a lot especially when talking to the YP i work with that have suicidal thoughts and noticing signs to look out for
