Thank you for helping me with my confidence around being able to help someone who feels suicidal

I found this training really useful and can see how I can use it both inside and outside of work.

I enjoyed this course and feel better able to support care leavers in distress and having thoughts of suicide

This is the first training I have done in a long time that I was looking forward to and in fact learnt something from as opposed to a tick box mandatory training exercise. I truly believe when I implement these new skills, they will benefit the families I work with.

The course was very good and informative.

I learnt a lot from this session and i feel more equipped to be able to attempt to approach someone who might be about to put them selves at risk or hold a discussion with someone who is having suicidal thoughts.

I think this will give people , especially those who work on the river, the knowledge to be more aware of suicidal behaviours in people and the confidence to understand how best to approach and help them.

the session was really informative and gave me lots to take away and use practically in my work/personal life
