I thought the course content and structure covered all the necessary training needed. I think a list of all the current support networks available would be helpful. Our organisation provides this but some may not.

I was booked on this course twice for some reason - possibly once by myself and my employer separately.

Very pleased with the approach for SFA. Trauma informed brings a whole new level to it. Leaving means, methods & personal stories is important to avoid any triggers and trauma for participants & tutor. The five principles and also the use of language I’ve learned significantly today.

I am so happy to have attended this course and after this I would love to add to my knowledge with the other courses or modules the tutor mentioned e.g. youth

The workshop flowed smoothly and the trainer made us all feel very at ease discussing a difficult subject.
