Very grateful to Olivia for sharing her knowledge and experience in Suicide Prevention. It has been a good session, very informative and interactive. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and will use the extra pointers in my interventions and consultations at work.

My hat off to the tutor for running this workshop alone, and balancing information input, questions, comments, creating interactions between all of us. The contents were well presented and well visually clear, and what was on screen was well relayed with the workbook and what the tutor said. As a humanistic counsellor, I salute the fact that throughout the workshop, what kept coming back was that the essential skills for suicide intervention are empathy, attention, acceptance, calm, emotional intelligence, courage, genuineness, pervading all aspects and stages of intervention.
