I was really impressed with the SFA course. Even though its a hard topic to talk about and learn about, I feel alot more confident in approaching and talking to a person having a crisis or contemplating suicide. And also to help them go down the right path to get the help they need.
An excellent piece of training, suitable for a whole spectrum of people and employees in a number of sectors. Well delivered and engaging.
Very good course, feel more confident about coping going forward.
