Great training, really informative and insightful.
A good insight, but I think you would need to be a certain type of person who would actually approach someone to offer help.
Fantastic course lovely trainer who clearly has a passion for the subject and makes it an interesting topic for people to learn about.
Made me realise that I shouldn’t pre judge or assume anything and that I should be brave and do something positive if I see something is wrong
After the course i feel i would be a little more confident in talking to people that say they are suicidal.
