Day started ok but training course from 9.15 AM UNTIL 4.30 PM Oon one subject matter is hopelessly too long. Lots of people flagging at the end. That said very knowledgeable and pleasant trainer, so no issues there

Good course and content, think it would be smoother and more beneficial in person, although virtual makes it more accessible. Practical elements and learning about what you could do if you were with someone was the most useful part of the course

I learnt from this mainly about how to respond in certain situations that pre the course I would have been afraid to do so
