It was all good

Absolutely brilliant course. Invaluable for myself and others that might benefit from this knowledge. Living in North Kensington it seems many people are down here , becoming depressed etc. Even my own family. I hope this knowledge will help me help myself and others that may become very depressed.

Gave me confidence to be able to approach someone who i feel maybe in difficulties. Highlighted the listening to the person - do not interrupt and stop their thought pattern. Know that if you can not help you are able to seek further help and if necessary break confidentiality to the correct people in order to prevent further harm.

A very well presented course and showed great subject matter and passed it on easily to his audience. The information provided to the course has made me more confident should I have to deal with this type of situation.
