Thank you for your time, its allowed me to self reflect looking at back on the situations that have been presented to me in the past. I now know better ways to help manage someone's thoughts and feelings without making them feel down played .

Overall the course was enjoyable and i have finished this course with a clearer understanding of suicide and how to deal with people who are having these thoughts
