Great opportunity to find out how to help others

I really enjoyed this although the course was pretty full on with information. I learnt a lot of new ways to approach the subject and how to deal with it. I also have 2 additional apps to use if i need them in the future.

An excellent day's course with a good pace, relevant content and delivered in an informal and relaxed way. Suicide is not an easy subject, however the tutor ensured that everyone was OK on a number of occasions and provided opportunities for participants to feel safe.

I feel the training given today have made me feel more confident in recognising suicide and how to help someone when you recognise they need help.
