Really enjoyable course which has made me want to do the extended version. I’d recommend it to everyone as it’s an insightful tool.

Learnt a lot today and the trainer kept me engaged even though I could of easily drifted off

A tough topic but one I feel more prepared to deal with. Hopefully I will never need this.
