Knowledgeable tutor. The time flew by! Good mix of interactive work, groups, listening and adding to the chat box. Excellent, cant praise or recommend enough! Although I havent yet signed up for the C&G I may well in next week or so!

Thank you for an expertly delivered course. I have done similar training in the past but did not feel like this course was repetitive and took away additional learning and refreshed knowledge. The course was practically oriented and Susan was obviously very knowledgeable and truly cared about the subject. Unfortunately these are skills which are needed in my current role and even more likely to be prevalent in my new role too.
