It was good and worth doing. At moments during it I wondered if would take too long, but it was the right length of time as it takes that long to learn the points.Helped me connect a bit with other members of our charity.
A personable facilitator, friendly not at all condescending. My pet hate is when all they do is read the power point screen None of this at all. A brilliant session, thanks.
