Ian spoke about personal experiences which contributed to the understanding of the course context as I could relate to what he was explaining. Ian is very confident and his passion for SFA clearly shows and shines through in his presentation. Ian is a credit assess teach for SFA.

Very enjoyable course given the topic. I feel more relaxed about having those conversations with patients should the need arise. The trainers were very aware of the need for self care and taking time out.

It was a good refresher for me, useful reminders and I can now focus on a more in-depth course now.

The course was good. I feel this course has helped me understand suicide and how to help someone who is feeling suicidal.

Overall a good induction to suicide prevention would be useful to have more training around this subject especially call taking. I would now feel more confident on what signs to look out for and how to approach the person in question
