Brilliant delivery, lots of knowledge which is clear. I appreciate the analogies as it helped my understanding e.g flights etc Was a great reflective space as well.

Brilliant course. I think it would be nice if our team could be trained up to present it in schools along with some of the other presentations and trainings we do with school staff, parents and students.

Over 25 years of working for the bank and many courses attended, I felt this was one of the best I have ever attended, and this was mainly due to the excellent delivery from a very professional trainer.

This was the first of this type of course I’ve ever done, Lisa was outstanding in how she taught and explained very well, to teach on such a subject and able to keep it lighthearted at the same is a real gift,
