Brilliant course

Good course - clear delivery with concise information, I enjoyed the group work and the tutor was good at getting everyone involved

I have lost 2 cousins, who were brothers to suicide, I was concerned this training would be triggering for me. Jo and Paige were great, they delivered the course in such a way I did not feel triggered at all, I now feel more confident to talk about the subject and not shy away from it as previously I wouldn't know what to say
