good training, i felt like I learnt a lot.

A fantastic course and one that I was originally cautious about attending, worried that it may re-open some old wounds but it did not. It was enjoyable, informative and inspirational. Hands down one of the best wellbeing / mental health training sessions I have ever attended.

This was a really informative and eye opening course, that truly changed my perceptions of suicide and attempt suicide. I am sure this will have a positive impact going forward not only in the work environment but in my life outside of work.

Sofia and Alison are highly skilled in this area with lots of knowledge. Very impressed with the course overall. The content is very teachable. It also provides great opportunity for creating connections with the learners. I look forward to delivering.

Thank you so much. This was a great course.

For a subject that is difficult i really enjoyed this training . I was nervous at the start due to suicide affecting me personally after a close friend died, however the trainers put everyone at ease. Welfare was checked throughout. They engaged the audience and turned the subject in to something we could talk about quite easily. It has made me look at suicide slightly differently and know now its not a subject to avoid
