This is a deep and difficult subject. It was made more approachable with suggested methods etc. I don't think it would have benefitted from being any longer.

Extremely happy with this course and how it was given. Steph is an incredible individual who is able to build trust in a group very quickly; one feels very comfortable sharing their thoughts with them.

I think know signs to look for when some one may be suffering from stress or mental health issues but don’t necessarily make connection to suicide will be more open minded to this in future
