The course was thought provoking, challenging some preconceptions. I found the self care aspect particularly good and it has made me evaluate my own leisure time. The support around speaking in direct terms about suicide was very helpful.

Feel I have a process to attempt if ever in a situation to assist/intervene in a suicide situation.

Very informative/ gave me different ways of understanding what someone could be going through and how to speak to someone if I was in a situation where someone was admitting self harm/suicide
