I completed my mental health first aid corse a few months ago and feel I have a better understanding of the signs to look for. Completing the three hour SFA, I would like to study this area more in depth
Very informative and engaging course. Content was to a high standard to understand and also learn from. Very good for those with any level of knowledge and good as a refresher.

Brilliant. Ran smoothly and at a good pace. I felt like the course is for anyone, the language used was appropriate for all levels/staff. Easy to relate to work and can imagine scenarios to help understand the theory.

Very good informative course, definitely a course that needs to be done across the board for everyone, and also alot of questions and answers that I saw and heard I didn't get asked from friends and family with my time when I was in need.
