I really enjoyed the training session and learnt a lot. Shian was a great teacher, very friendly and knowledgeable.

An absolutely brilliant course, extremely insightful and helpful. The biggest takeaway for me having been through it personally was the understanding people seem to have now and the drive towards a less criminalising language around suicide. The most helpful bit for me was practicing asking the question "are you suicidal?".
