Its a great course, but very draining sitting in front of a computer all day.

A great mixed group and felt quite safe to air views and discuss a difficult topic.

A very valuable course, explains the importance of understanding mental health and suicide and what resources are available and what we can do if we are in a situation that involves suicide. Explained really well and starts an important conversation.
