Berni is an amazing trainer and I would love to gain more insight from her in the future. I have learnt so much as well as feel more confident in my knowledge in Suicide First Aid.

Betsy comes across as warm and confident when presenting what could be a triggering topic. I feel like she held the group, and even when some participants would slightly deviate or push a boundary that had been set, she'd deftly bring us back to topic and the training at hand. It was a good few hours well spent and I liked having the mix of workbook materials and content such as the video to keep things engaging.

Happy with the course. I now feel more prepared to handle mental health calls and have more tools I can take into the real world.

It was an enjoyable course. It was very informative and I have extra knowledge information RE: individuals unfortunately thinking about suicide.

I am so glad I decided to take part in this event. I feel I have learned a lot about trying to prevent suicide and recognising the signs and will be more confident about how to deal with a situation should I be face with one. The learning I have taken away from this is based on both the quality of the content and the presenters, it was really good.

A big thankyou to Sue and Josh for delivering an excellent training session. I found the session very informative and feel more confident in dealing with this going forwards. The course has also given me things to build on and also to reflect upon. It was a really good reminder that it's doing the small things that can make the world of difference.
