Really helpful and useful training for anyone working with young people, in particular, who may be struggling with their mental health and life in general. I feel much better equipped to talk to someone who may be having thoughts of suicide.

I completed my mental health first aid corse a few months ago and feel I have a better understanding of the signs to look for. Completing the three hour SFA, I would like to study this area more in depth
