An excellent, positive learning experience, worthwhile use of a day for all concerned At the end of what had been a busy and tiring week the tutor was still able to inspire and motivate those attending the training . I also felt that the course was entirely useful and relevant to the work done by the Listening Lounge team on a daily basis . Thank you Clive
Thank you for the opportunity for this course it was heavy at times but something I think everyone could do with as we all probably know someone who struggles and this could help before it’s to late
This is my second course with Juliet and i find her to be an excellent trainer. I would certainly encourage any colleagues to look for training with her.
