Good course with essential knowledge that everyone should have and look to complete

It was a really helpful introduction to a very difficult subject that was expertly delivered while also being alert to, and ensuring, the wellbeing of the participants. Good course, well ran and I feel the scenario, especially the final one, where there is a role player (in pairs) displaying troubles in work/home life and the other pair had to speak to them and demonstrate what they would do in a real life scenario. I felt this to be beneficial and I learnt a lot from this.
