Very engaging presentation with lots of interactive elements

It was a very informative session and the way Sakina explained things made it easy to understand the information that was presented. I like that she also gave emphasis on selfcare for us and what we should do if we felt triggered during the course which is important.

Before this course I felt extremely nervous about approaching the subject of suicide but now I know the correct steps to follow I feel much more at ease
