I liked it a lot and have learned a lot. I would have liked a bit more on when we don't get signs - 5-15% of people I think you said do not give out signs. I appreciate this is hard to cover but feels vital that people know and accept this element.

Really great course, easy to follow & kept me engaged throughout.
