overall the course was good and it was good to break off into teams and discuss different opinions and topics.

The only thing that made me hesitant in rating 5 stars is that we ran out of time. The content was very good and Lisa was an engaging presenter. The beginning could have been delivered at a quicker pace. Although, there were a variety of participants with different professional backgrounds who had lots of valuable contributions to make which impacted on time.

This was a heavy subject but was taught in a manner that was manageable and therefore easier to digest. I felt that the course was good at teaching possible signs and how to be direct with someone who may be thinking of suicide - instead of skirting around the subject. I felt that the course gave me a better understanding of the subject and gave me better confidence in dealing with this subject with someone if it was to ever arise.

The training was interesting and thought provoking and it was interesting to hear other peoples comments
