SAF Lite is a great course and i would recommend to others. I definitely feel more confident in talking to someone who might be experiencing thoughts of suicide which is what i was hoping to acheive.
It was a very good course for a difficult topic. Having a trainer with family experience of suicide made a real difference

It is a very emotive subject, changed my thinking on some issues and awareness yet reflected my thinking in other areas. Will give me more confidence to ask the serious questions in future if the need arose.
