very useful course that I recommend people to complete at regular intervals to refresh also

really enjoyed the corse, it has taught me to be alot more confident when approaching someone with suicidal thoughts and my it has improved my knowledge.

Thank you for delivering such an important training! The registration was super easy, I loved the option of doing the course face to face as it can naturally be potentially very triggering for some so it’s important to have the extra support around. Great content and delivery, I enjoyed it a lot!

Very good course - learnt a lot. Quite a heavy day though - maybe 2 shorter sessions might be better.

I feel better equipped to know where to direct somebody to. How to feed back the conversation and listen to what somebody is saying to me (signals etc) The course was very informative
