Chris made the day, informative, engaging and an equal platform for everybody to speak their own opinion. I felt that nobody was judged and even if individuals didn't necessarily agree in their entirety it was well managed and everyone was able to speak their mind. Despite being heavy content, including zoom the engagement over video and audio helped split the day along with breaks.

In what can be an emotive subject the course was handled sensitively, alleviated some fears and concerns about interacting with somebody that could be potentially having these thoughts

I enjoyed this course especially as i had done the Mental Health First Aid course the previous two weeks, so it was a good continuation.

Very useful training around a very difficult object area.

thank you so much. As i said above, Chris delivered the training really well. Talking about suicide can be a really difficult topic but Chris made it easy to open up allowing all of us to feel comfortable giving an input. When i did make a point, Chris would reflect on what we said which i think is really important. I took a lot from that training yesterday and am really grateful to have been able to have it. Thanks.

very well thought out step by step course. Steve made everyone feel comfortable and safe to express and engage with others. Break out rooms were a good way to engage. definitely one can understand the importance and difference one can make with knowledge from this course.
