Although a difficult subject I found it really worthwhile
I feel more prepared to support people and I feel like I can talk to my team about how important it is and encourage them to seek opportunities such as this.
The training was good, I feel equipped and will enjoy the additional materials. Training was thought provoking.
I did think this course would be more intense than it was but I still enjoyed it.
I thought Dan was an excellent instructor and he was confident at delivering this course. You can tell he is passionate about the subject and knowledgeable. Suicide first aid should be as much of a priority for organisations and physical first aid.
