An excellent and helpful course. I already knew a lot from my previous work as a social worker but I retired 14 years ago so it was good to hear of recent research and trends
Maybe more training on intercepting more suicide attempts where people are in immediate danger and need talking down from a dangerous situation.
Thank you for the course content it was informative and well planned. I learnt how to be direct with difficult questions and the importance body language and facial expression.
