I really enjoyed the course content and thought that the tutor was very knowledgeable and delivered the course in a way that was interactive and easily understandable.

I didn't know what to expect from the course beforehand however, I feel I have gained at lot in knowledge and confidence from today.

Gave lots of examples and signposting Self awareness and its OK if you don't know what the next step is and direct to Samaritans or papyrus to get right help
