Excellent life saving training and helped me to know what to do in my work and everyday life to help young people at risk of suicide.

Overall I feel the course was very useful and informative. The tutor delivered it really well and made everyone feel included and validated everyone's comment and thoughts. She also continually made sure that everyone was ok and mindful of self care throughout.
