I enjoyed the course and I feel this will help me in certain situations, but not so much in my every day job role,

whilst the course was very informative and interesting, as a finance company we often find ourselves unable to provide the help the customer is looking for.

Really enjoyed it and gave me more understanding about people who may be having suicidal thoughts
