For me, it was one of the better training sessions that I have attended. It always helps when someone who delivers the training has their own experience. Ians knowledge of suicide was very good and he delivered this extremely well. It was a safe space to discuss suicide which isn't easy to do.

I feel much more confident when discussing suicide and suicidal thoughts . It was very useful to discuss and gain more information on the correct language and I will definitely be spreading the word and using this moving forward.
