Fantastic and engaging session. I have completed previous suicide awareness/ mental health first aid training, I was looking for a refresh but I have actually learnt new things. Particular take away, will be HOW we ask a person if they are suicidal. I feel this is very practical. I feel like the wording of the question validates a persons thoughts/ feelings in advance, which will hopefully lead to people feeling more comfortable in disclosing that they are having suicidal thoughts.

This was the first time the course had been delivered in a room setting, and with some very minor adjustments will be very good. The material is very good, and has taken the team forward to be able to deliver the Hub on a weekly basis with confidence
