For someone not in the health care or mental health care sector, I felt this was a great course to help me feel more confident in dealing with a possible suicide and have better listening, coping and understanding skills

Really enjoyed the training today, it is a very important but emotive subject and it was handled really professionally. I liked that it did not go into too much detail and instead focussed on empowering people to be able to have a conversation that can change the outcome for another person.
