Very useful day, inspiring and confidence building

I am trained with MHFA England as a Mental Health First Aider so there was some repetition for me.

Overall, a useful day and delivered in a manageable way. I really liked Jess, I thought she was very passionate and knowledgeable. She was very validating and understood the difficulty in dealing with these topics, thanks Jess!

The training was very interesting. Watching the video's were interesting and feeding back to the class. It was also nice finding out where the other attendees came from and giving the class some use tips and sharing knowledge.
