I enjoyed the training it was very informative and I left feeling more confident to speak with people who may present with suicidal ideation or identifying behaviour that indicate vulnerability

Informative training. I would feel more comfortable being able to have those uncomfortable conversations when people raise suicide and wanting to take their own life. It’s never an easy subject to discuss but this course has shown how reaching out and taking the time can make a difference to people in need.

Couldn’t recommend this training more. I thought it would feel heavy and maybe sad but far from it. I feel informed, prepared and hopeful.
