Fab course on a difficult subject

Really good training course, great to meet new people from all over the UK N'Ireland and the world. It is great to share experiences and knowledge over the 4 days excited to starting delievr this now.

I really took a lot away from the course and now feel more confident with recognising signs of poor mental health in someone and hopefully I will be able to use what I've learnt today and help them in some way.

To get training like this for free was a great opportunity. Thank you to all involved.

Really enjoyed the course and now feel much better prepared to deal with someone with suicidal thoughts or intending to take their own life with some simple steps that are easy to remember.

An intensive yet well thought out course. A little overwhelming sometimes just due to the wealth of information being delivered...and then the admin side of it! But the trainers were very embracing and were very open to helping in whatever way beyond the course and made you feel comfortable and supported throughout.
